Trilogy Life
Trilogy, as we know it today, was developed in 1996 by Blackhawk from Danville, CA and the builder was Braddock and Logan. The development was then called Summerset at Rio Vista.
Shea Homes purchased the development in 1999 and renamed it Trilogy at Rio Vista. There will be between 2800 to 3000 homes when completed. The homes are built around an award winning 18 hole championship public golf course designed by Ted Robinson.
It's a life style that can not be beat, family says it's like being on an ongoing vacation. Golf is just one of the many activities with bocce ball being the most popular. Tennis courts, bocce ball courts, lakes with walking trails and the 18 hole golf course provide the outdoors men and women plenty of activities to keep a busy and active lifestyle.
With two clubhouses and an indoor pool as well as outdoor pool, there is always something to do. The Vista Clubhouse is a 27,000 sq. ft. recreational center with the indoor pool and spa, walking track, gym, massage parlor, billiard room and aerobics center. The clubhouse also has a ballroom, learning center and cafe.
The Delta Clubhouse is about 7,500 sq. ft that includes an outdoor pool and spa with BBQ area, library and arts/crafts center. The homeowners association on-site manager is also located in this facility.
A restaurant located on site provides convenient dining without leaving the compound.
The town of Rio Vista with its various restaurants and marina provide a perfect complement to Trilogy. When not in use, residents can keep their boats moored at the marina and their RV's in storage located on Airport Road.
